Checkin times begin daily at 3PM; Checkout time is 11AM daily. Arrangements outside of this schedule should be coordinated with reservations prior to arrival.

GENERAL INFORMATION

General Policies, Reservations, Check-Ins, Check-Outs and Cancellations:

  • A credit card must be on file to guarantee a guest's reservation and to check into the hotel. we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Guests who would like to pay in cash are still required to have a credit card on file during their stay. All incedentals and charges during a guest stay are due at check-out; if a guest has left without checking out with the front desk, the balance is posted to the credit card on file.
  • A confirmation number accompanies all reservations and is assigned during the reservation process. Guests must present this confirmation number at check-in along with a credit card and valid form of identification showing name and current address. Guests who do not have a confirmation number are not guaranteed a room at Hotel Alsace and Spa.
  • Check-In starts at 3pm daily and Check-Out is at 11am daily. Late check-outs are subject to a $25.00 charge per hour after 11am.
  • All Check-Ins and Check-Outs that occur while lobby is closed must be coordinated with front desk prior to guest's arrival.
  • All rooms are subject to a 6% state occupancy tax and a 6% city occupancy tax unless guest presents proper tax exemption certificates.
  • Hotel Alsace requires 48 hours prior to arrival for cancellation notification. To reschedule or cancel a reservation, please call the front desk to obtain a cancellation number; otherwise, one night's room and tax will be charged for non-notifications and no-shows.
  • Early departures are subject to 1/2 of the room rate plus tax when leaving before the scheduled departure date.
  • All room rates are based on double occupancy. A $15.00 charge is added for each adult guest when staying more than 2 people per room. Children under 18 years of age are not considered adults and stay for free. You must be at least 21 years of age or with a parent/guardian to rent a room at Hotel Alsace.
  • Guests receive 1 linen set per day. Additional charges apply thereafter.
  • Hotel Alsace is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. All items left on the premises are placed in a community lost and found. Please notify the Reservations Department to inquire about items missplaced or left behind.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime and for any reason.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited indoors on the hotel premises. A $100 deposit at check-in is required for guests who have pets. A $50 charge per night for pets is added to the final room balance. We ask that you please do not leave pets unattended and that you pick up after your pets. Any signs of a pet being let loose inside the rooms or failure to notify us that you have a pet will result in a $100.00 charge to the final room charge.
  • All rooms and facilities at Hotel Alsace and Spa are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on private balconies and exterior communal spaces only. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $100.00 charge to the final bill.
  • Pool hours of operation are from 8am to 11pm daily. All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers of any type are permitted within the pool premises. Only hotel guests are permitted to use the pool and its facilities. Hotel Alsace is not reponsible for accidents.

  • All pricing is based on single queen rooms (exception: family suite package) & weekday nights. Room upgrades & weekend stays are available at additional cost.
  • Gratuities are not included in package pricing.
  • Packages are based on availability at the time of reservation. Blackout dates & restrictions may apply.
  • Packages may not be available on holiday or event weekends.
  • Packages do not apply to groups & may not be combined with other offers.
  • Lunch is available daily from 11am - 2pm.
  • Lunch includes 2 salads, 2 entrées & 2 non-alcoholic beverages; family suite package includes 4 salads, 4 entrées & 4 non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Dinner is available Thursday - Saturday nights only from 5pm-9pm.
  • Dinner includes 2 salads, 2 entrées & 1 dessert for two; family suite package includes 4 salads, 4 entrées & 2 desserts for four.
  • Spa hours are Wednesday through Saturday 9am - 6pm; Sunday 9am - 1pm; closed Monday & Tuesday
  • Spa services must be secured at the time of reservation. Spa treatment upgrades & package add-ons are available at a nominal charge.
  • Package upgrades are priced per person.
  • Replay rounds are based on availability and may only be booked the same day of play.
  • Tee times must be secured at the time of reservation.
