EVENT SPACES
THE DINING ROOM
is the most flexible interior space at the resort. With over 2100 square feet and a capacity up to 120 people, the multi-leveled dining space works as well for business meetings as it does for wedding receptions. Our fully restored antique wooden bar provides a centralized service core and a wrap-around wooden deck accessed through French doors is the perfect place to have your coffee breaks.
THE BALLROOM
can hold up to 100 people. This room’s beauty comes from its stone fireplace, antique dimming chandeliers & wood floors. This space is connected to the dining room, and when used together the two spaces create the perfect reception space.
THE TERRACE
is open to all hotel guests with the exception of reserved events. From here, our big Texas view overlooks Castroville all the way to San Antonio. An architectural arbor set within our exquisitely landscaped garden provides the perfect stage for anything.
THE CAFÉ
has an interior seating capacity for up to 35 people and is available for private parties. There are ample amounts of patio space that are also serviced by our café. We feature a boutique selection of wine & beer, a wide selection of specialty espresso coffee drinks, juices, assorted teas & smoothies. Our happy hour runs from 3pm-5pm everyday.
THE SPA
is the most intimate space at our resort. Featuring an array of customized services uniquely designed for the skin and body, our luxury spa is an ideal place for birthday celebrations, bridal showers & specialty retreats. Hotel guests and visitors are welcome to leave their everyday stresses behind & enter a world of repose. Designed to relax, rejuvenate and replenish the mind and body, our menu includes facials, massage, body treatments, spa packages, tinting, waxing, bleaching & sunless tanning.

*For a selection of tables & chairs available at no additional cost, please contact our director of events. Additional tables & chairs outside of Hotel Alsace & Spa Resort inventory must be rented by Client & arranged by the Hotel’s Director of Events. Initial setup & arrangement of tables & chairs is based on final diagram submitted to Hotel Alsace & Spa Resort from Client.
**Seated banquet capacities are based on 60” round tables with 10 chairs per table.
***Rental includes a 2 hour block for your event. You will receive 1 hour the week before your event for rehearsal time. This rehearsal time must be scheduled with the Event Coordinator in advance. The Client is responsible for the setting up of chairs and their removal following the ceremony on the Terrace. For events that do not have receptions at Hotel Alsace & Spa Resort, there will be 1 hour following the ceremony for breaking down and cleaning up the area.
