To redeem your Groupon please call 830-538-3200 or email reservations@thehotelalsace.com. Please have your desired dates of travel, your name, cell phone number and email address ready to complete your reservation. We do not need your Groupon redemption code.
Our reservations department is available from 5am-12am daily. We can answer any question and book reservations by email. We also strongly recommend that you secure spa appointments at time of booking.
Online booking has been disabled for certain dates - the calendar on our website may show that we are sold out on a date that may still have availability. To be sure, please email or call in and we will be happy to check.

- Check-in starts at 3pm daily, check-out is 11am (day of checkout).
- Continental breakfast is included for all overnight guests and is served daily from 6am-10am.
- Lunch is served daily from 11am-2pm - 1 lunch for 2 comes with each Groupon; you may redeem these on the day of arrival if you would like to.
- Dinner is served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights only.
- Please print your Groupon out and bring it with you - we will need this at checkin.
Spa Alsace Hours of Operation
- open 9am - 6pm Wednesday - Saturday;
- open 9am - 1pm Sunday;
- by appointment only on Monday & Tuesday
Appointments are necessary for all spa services but walk-ins are welcome as schedule permits. A credit card is required for all reservations. Services & pricing are subject to availability & change. For scheduling purposes we cannot guarantee requested therapists or order in which treatments are received.
Alsatian Restaurant Hours of Operation
- LUNCH is served daily from 11AM to 2PM;
- DINNER is served Thursday thru Saturday 5PM to 9PM.
Please note that on occasion our regular dining area may be closed for a private party - in most all cases we will have other dining areas available to regular restaurant guests and overnight hotel guests. If this is a concern of yours please call and inquire ahead of your arrival time.
